Sorcerers, also known as Hedge Magicians, are one of two sud-types within the Mortal+ Sphere. Like their sister type, the Psychic, playing a Sorcerer means playing a character who is neither normal nor truly supernatural. Playing a sorcerer is not as easy as playing a vanilla mortal or a psychic, and requires a player to carefully read up on information pertaining to their paths.

Below we have provided everything a player needs to know to dive into playing a sorcerer.

Important Notes

  • Characters receive 150 starting XP.
  • Mortals can undergo a 'becoming' through RP.
  • Sphere Resources

    Inner-Sphere Closures

  • None
  • Recent Announcements

  • None at this time.

  • Reminder: A sorcerer’s magic is completely binary: it either works or it doesn’t. The details of the spell are decided, a target number of successes is determined based on the details, and then the sorcerer either meets the threshold or does not and fails.
